Criminal justice major Meagan Cuomo 鈥23 used her senior criminal justice project to pitch a teen restorative justice program to stakeholders in Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County.听
If enacted, the program could reduce rates of recidivism by as much as 200 percent.
Erin Young earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in elementary education from Mary Baldwin in 2006 and went on to teach at Harrisonburg elementary schools for 10 years.听 听

Retired Professor Writes Marketing Textbook
Retired Mary Baldwin Professor Anne Cooper has co-authored a new marketing textbook called, SilverComm: Marketing Practices and Messages for the Age of Aging.
鈥The purpose of the book is to tell young [marketing and communications professionals]: You really need to think about older people and how many there are, and that they鈥檙e still coming along,鈥 Cooper told the Staunton News Leader.
