Financial Aid Disbursement Dates
Information regarding disbursement dates for financial aid can be found here. All financial aid items must be completed before the disbursement date to disburse on time.
Financial Aid Documents
To submit a form, please click . Please name the form using your last name, followed by your first name and ID number. Example: Baldwin, Mary Julia 123456789. The file format needs to be in .pdf or .jpg formatting. Please DO NOT email sensitive information directly to the financial aid office.
If you have special circumstances for our office to review, please complete the Special Circumstances document listed below. Please submit all supporting documentation regarding your circumstances along with the completed form to our office. Our office will review and notify you of the outcome within 5-7 business days.
